3-3-20: PROHIBITED ACTS AND CONDITIONS:
   A.   Gratuities For Public Officials: No commissioner, official or employee of the Village shall solicit or accept any gift, gratuity, emolument or employment from any person or agent of any person holding a Village liquor license and the holder of any liquor license is hereby forbidden to give or offer to give any commissioner, official or employee of the Village any gift, gratuity, emolument or employment. It shall be unlawful for any person to violate any provision of this subsection and the license of any such person who, himself or through an agent, violates this subsection shall be revoked forthwith.    B.   Consumption Of Liquor In Public: It shall be unlawful for any person to consume any "alcoholic liquor", as defined by law, on any public way in the Village or in or about any motor vehicle upon a public way in the Village. (1976 Code §3-41)
   C.   Open Bottle Law: No person shall transport, carry, possess or have any alcoholic liquor in or upon or about any motor vehicle upon a public way in the Village, except in the original package and with the seal unbroken. (1976 Code §3-42)
   D.   Unpurchased Alcohol On Licensed Premises: It shall be unlawful for any person to bring in alcoholic liquor for consumption on the premises of a liquor license holder that was not purchased from that liquor license holder. (Ord. 2013-40, 8-8-2013)
