A. Fees Established: The fees for the various classes of licenses authorized in this chapter shall be as follows:

B. Proration Of License Fee: When an application is made for a license after the expiration of six (6) calendar months of the current license year, the license fee shall be prorated, and the license fee paid shall be one-half (1/2) of the license fee provided for in subsection A of this section.
C. Disposition Of Fees: At the time application is made to the Local Liquor Control Commissioner for the original issuance or renewal of a license of any class, the applicant shall pay to the Village the fee provided in subsection A of this section for the class of license for which the application is filed. In the event the license applied for is issued or renewed, the fee shall be applied to the license; however, in the event the license applied for is denied, the fee, except for a processing charge of two hundred dollars ($200.00), shall be returned to the applicant, except for a Class D-1 or D-2 license. In the event a Class D-1 or D-2 license is denied, then the entire fee paid with the application shall be returned to the applicant.
D. Forfeiture Of License Fee: Whenever any license hereunder has been revoked as provided for in this chapter, the licensee shall incur a forfeiture of all monies that have been paid for said license.
