Requests for permit extensions should be submitted in writing to the attention of the Village Administrator. One (1) extension of up to six (6) months may be granted at the discretion of the Village Administrator. Further extensions require approval by the Mayor and Board of Trustees. The Village Administrator reserves the right to refer all extension requests to the Mayor and Board of Trustees.
The Village Administrator will consider request for extensions of twenty-four (24) to seventy-two (72) hours due to weather delays on a case-by-case basis. (Ord. 2021-32, 10-21-2021)
