A complete system of sanitary sewers shall be constructed throughout the entire subdivision in such a manner as to service every lot. Said system of sanitary sewers shall be required for any subdivision when the premises comprising the subdivision would be required to connect to a public sanitary sewer in accordance with the standards set forth in subsection 7-5C-1D of this code, which are incorporated herein. The design and construction of such sanitary sewer system shall comply in all respects with the standard specifications for the village found in article A of this chapter and specifically with section 10-5A-2 of this chapter. In addition, the village engineer shall specify the sizes of all sewer lines. (1976 Code §16-90)
