All areas of a subdivision designated for storm water retention and detention shall be subdivided as separate lots within said subdivision. If this is not practical, then that portion of a lot used for storm water retention or detention purposes must be part of a dedicated drainage easement. All such storm water management areas shall be maintained by the subdivision homeowners' association. (Ord. 2001-35, 6-28-2001)
