10-4-1: MINIMUM STANDARDS; COMPLIANCE WITH COMPREHENSIVE PLAN:

The following are hereby adopted as the minimum standards of design of a subdivision. In addition, all subdivisions shall conform to all applicable elements of the official comprehensive plan including any change in these standards which is indicated by an applicable plan element. (1976 Code §16-69)
