A. Applications: Any application for variation, amendment, special use permit, planned unit development approval or other zoning relief shall be executed by the owner or owners of the property affected and shall be in such form and contain such information as the board of trustees may, from time to time, deem appropriate. (1976 Code §22-27-2)
B. Fees 1 : An application for any variation, amendment, special use permit, planned unit development, regional planned unit development, site plan review, or site development area review, which is filed by or on behalf of the owner or owners of the property affected, shall be accompanied by a fee and/or reimbursement of fees agreement, the amount and form of which shall be as established from time to time by ordinance or resolution of the board of trustees.
