The Village Administrator, legal counsel and other officers, departments and agencies of the Village shall assist and cooperate with boards and commissions and shall upon request, furnish information and advice respecting such matters as the board or commission may reasonably require in order to fulfill its purpose as set forth in this title, and to assist the board or commission in meeting its annual objectives, as approved from time to time by the Mayor and Board of Trustees.
