§ 36.02 APPOINTMENT TO COMMISSION.

(A) The Commission shall elect a Chairperson from among the appointed members and shall appoint such other officers as it may determine are necessary.

(B) No member of the Commission shall receive any compensation for his or her services as a member of such Commission.
