§ 153.04 CONSTRUCTION, REMODELING AND OTHER SIGNS.

No construction, remodeling or any other sign advertising improvements to real estate shall be placed on any lot prior to the commencement of any construction, remodeling or other improvement work, nor shall any such sign remain on any lot after the construction, remodeling or other improvement work is substantially completed.
