§ 152.03 PERMITS.
   Records of permits shall be kept by the City Clerk. The City Clerk will also keep on file all requests for fence permits granted or denied. A report of fence permits issued will be made monthly to the City Council. The report will list address, name of person receiving permit and a brief description of the request.
