(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) (1) Any person violating or failing to comply with any of the provisions of §§ 115.29 or 115.45 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall be punished by a fine of not less than $50 nor more than $250 or by imprisonment for a term of not to exceed 90 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment, except that a corporation shall be punished by a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $5,000.
