(A) The city hereby adopts by reference said “Regulations Governing the Charges for Basic Cable Equipment and Services”, passed by the City Council on September 20, 1993, which regulations are on file with the City Clerk.
(B) A detailed copy of said regulations on file with the City Clerk may be obtained from the City Clerk upon application therefor and the payment of $10 made to the City Clerk at the time of said application.
