§ 95.32 APPLICATION APPROVAL AND HEARING.
   The City Council with approval of the Mayor shall, at its next regular Council meeting, approve or deny the application. The applicant shall be notified of the time and place of the hearing by the City Council and may be present at that hearing to explain his or her application.
