§ 95.30 ESTABLISHMENT OF CITY FORESTER.
   There is hereby established the office of City Forester. The City Council, with the approval of the Mayor, shall appoint a city resident as City Forester. The City Forester shall serve at the pleasure of the Mayor and the City Council.
