It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or organization to operate, or cause to be operated, any vehicle on city streets within the city limits in excess of 50,000 gross pounds on all streets within the corporate limits of the city, except Ambridge Circle and Middlebrook Road on which the gross pounds shall not exceed 18,000 pounds.
