(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person, firm or corporation who violates the provisions, requirements or specifications of said Standards of Safety shall be fined not less than $10 nor more than $500, or confined in jail for not more than 60 days, or both. Each day such violation exists shall, in the discretion of the courts, be considered as a separate offense.
