§ 37.07 DUTIES OF CHIEF OF POLICE.
   It shall be the duty of the Chief of Police, the Assistant Chief and the entire Police Department to enforce all laws and regulations of the city, the state and the United States, and such other duties as may from time to time be assigned to them.
