ORDINANCE NO. 2008-03

AN ORDINANCE ENACTING AND ADOPTING A SECOND SUPPLEMENT TO THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE COUNTY OF WOODFORD, KENTUCKY

   WHEREAS, American Legal Publishing Corporation of Cincinnati, Ohio, has completed the second supplement to the Code of Ordinances of the County of Woodford, which supplement contains all ordinances of a general nature enacted since publication of the Code of Ordinances of Woodford County, Kentucky; and

   WHEREAS, American Legal Publishing Corporation has recommended the revision or addition of certain sections of the Code of Ordinances which are based on or make references to sections of the Kentucky Revised Statutes; and

   WHEREAS, it is the intent of the Woodford County Fiscal Court to accept these updated sections in accordance with the changes of the law of the Commonwealth of Kentucky;

   THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Fiscal Court of the County of Woodford, Commonwealth of Kentucky, as follows:

   That the second supplement to the Code of Ordinances of the County of Woodford, Kentucky, as submitted by American Legal Publishing Corporation of Cincinnati, and as attached hereto, be and same is hereby adopted by reference as if set out in its entirety.

   Introduced and given first reading at a regular meeting of the Woodford County Fiscal Court on February 12, 2008, and fully adopted after the second reading at the regular meeting of Woodford County Fiscal Court on March 11, 2008. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force when passed, published and recorded according to law.
