§ 32.15  PAID HOLIDAYS.
   (A)   All full time city employees shall be entitled to pay for the following approved holidays:
      (1)   New Year’s Day.
      (2)   Good Friday.
      (3)   Memorial Day.
      (4)   Independence Day.
      (5)   Labor Day.
      (6)   Thanksgiving Day.
      (7)   Friday after Thanksgiving.
      (8)   Christmas Day.
   (B)   In the event a holiday falls on a Saturday or Sunday, either the preceding Friday, or the following Monday shall be the observed holiday.
   (C)   Employees that are required to work during holidays shall be paid at a rate of time and one half their regular pay in addition to their holiday pay.
