§ 111.04 CERTAIN ORGANIZATIONS EXCEPTED.

   (A)   Such organizations shall include local:

      (1)   Chartered churches and church groups;

      (2)   Not-for-profit service organizations;

      (3)   Youth amateur athletic teams;

      (4)   Adult amateur athletic teams; and

      (5)   School and related school organizations.

   (B)   Any organization falling into division (A) above  shall not be on the streets before 10:00 a.m. and must be off the street one-half hour before sunset.

   (C)   All excepted groups must notify the Woodburn City Hall or the Woodburn Chief of Police, if the organization has five or more individuals within the city limits at any given time.

   (D)   No bond or fee is required from excepted organizations.
