§ 93.99 PENALTY.

(A) Whoever violates any provisions of §§ 93.15 through 93.18 upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not less than $150 not more than $500 for each offense. Each day any violation shall continue shall constitute offense.

(B) The penalties provided by this section shall be owing to the city in addition to any damages, costs or attorney fees which may be found owing to the city or any other person in any civil litigation related to any nuisance described in this chapter.
