For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
JUNK VEHICLE. Any vehicle which is no longer licensed or which does not display a current license, from which any part material to the operation of the vehicle has been removed, or which is inoperable for any reason.
VEHICLE. Any machine propelled by power other than human power designed to travel along the ground by use of wheels, treads, runners or sliders, and transports persons or property or pulls machinery and shall include, without limitation, automobiles, trucks, trailers, motorcycles, tractors, snowmobiles, buggies and wagons.
