§ 70.59  OBSERVANCE OF TRAFFIC RULES AND REGULATIONS.
   All traffic statutes, regulations and ordinances applicable to the operation of motors vehicles on streets, roads, and highways of the State of Indiana and in the City of Woodburn shall apply to the operation of a golf cart on the streets and alleys of the city.
