The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:
(a) “Marihuana establishment” means that term as defined in the Michigan Regulation and Taxation of Marihuana Act, Initiated Law 1 of 2018, as amended.
(B) “Marihuana facility” means that term as defined in the Medical Marihuana Facilities Licensing Act, Act 281 of 2016, as amended.
