695.04  CONDITIONS MANDATING INVASIVE SPECIES TREATMENT.
   The Village Administrator shall determine whether any properties have an invasive species infestation that qualifies as a hazardous condition, mandating treatment of the condition, which is defined, but not limited to, as follows:
   (a)   Ecological impacts associated loss of habitat, impaired water quality and or disruption of storm water management and drainage.
   (b)   Conditions where the unchecked growth of invasive species has blocked sight visibility at roadway, safety path or driveway intersections and impedes the safe movement of cars and/or pedestrians, or has the potential to do so.
   (c)   Hazardous fire conditions or the potential to create a hazardous fire condition due to the unchecked growth of invasive species.
