It is hereby made the duty of the Village Administrator, or his or her designee, to give general notice to every owner, occupant, or any person having control or management of any subdivided land or lots wherein noxious weeds or any weeds, grass, brush, or deleterious, unhealthy growths exceeding a height of seven inches growing, standing or present to cut down, destroy or remove same. Such general notice shall be made by publication in the official newspaper of general circulation in village at least twice in each year, once during first half of the month of May and again during the first half of July of each year.
