606.09 EXEMPTIONS.
   This chapter shall not apply to the following:
   (a)   Zoological parks and aquariums that are accredited by the American Association of Zoological Parks and Aquariums;
   (b)   Wildlife sanctuaries and nature preserves;
   (c)   Circuses; and
   (d)   Bona fide scientific, medical or educational research facilities.
