The schedule of fees for subdivision plat shall be as follows:
(a) Application Fees. Pre-preliminary, preliminary and final plat review fees, planning fees, engineering fees, attorney fees, inspection fees and other applicable development charges shall be paid by the subdivider/developer as may be provided for as follows, or by other ordinances of the Village. The subdivider/developer shall, upon first submission of a pre-preliminary plat pay to the Village Clerk a fee as listed in a fee schedule adopted by the Village Council. There shall be an additional fee as listed in a fee schedule adopted by the Village Council.
(b) Engineering Review Fees. Such fees shall be established by resolution of the Village Council.
(c) Planned Unit Development. Fees shall be established by resolution of the Village Council.
