1478.14 VARIANCES.

The Zoning Board of Appeals shall have the authority to interpret this chapter and may grant variances to these requirements provided the variances are consistent with the general purpose and intent of the requirements. The procedural requirements for appeals under Chapter 1244 of the Village Code shall be applicable to appeals under this chapter.
