(a) Municipal Enforcing Agency. The Village of Wolverine Lake Administrator’s Office is hereby designated as the Municipal Enforcing Agency responsible for administering and enforcing Part 91, the Rules, and this chapter.
(b) Rules Adopted. The Village hereby adopts by reference and incorporates into this chapter as if fully set forth herein the Rules adopted by the Department pursuant to Part 91 and duly filed with the Secretary of State. Said rules shall be available for public distribution at a reasonable charge and will be available for public inspection at the Village of Wolverine Lake Clerk’s Office.
(c) Fee Schedule. All fees for administering and enforcing this chapter shall be paid to the Village in accordance with a Fee Schedule determined by resolution of the Village Council for the Village of Wolverine Lake. The Village Council may revise the Fee Schedule by adopting a written amendment to the Fee Schedule from time to time. All fees shall be doubled if work starts without a permit.
