1484.03 NOTICE OF VIOLATION.
   If, upon inspection, the Building Inspector, the Zoning Administrator, the Village Administrator, any Village police officer, the Fire Inspector or the Health Officer finds that a violation of this chapter has occurred, the owner and/or occupant shall be notified of such violation by written notice, either served personally or by certified mail, to the owner and/or occupant as he or she appears on the tax rolls of the Village. Such notice shall require such owner and/or occupant to take proper action to abate such violation within not less than twenty-four hours and not more than fifteen days, and shall further notify such owner and/or occupant that if such condition is not abated within the time specified in such notice, the Village will take whatever action is necessary to abate such condition and charge any expense incurred by the Village in connection therewith to such owner and/or occupant.
