1482.01 DEFINITIONS.
   As used in this chapter:
   (a)   “Multiple public housing project” means a specific work or development of more than two units in one location to provide dwelling accommodations, including the acquisition, construction or rehabilitation of lands, buildings and improvements, and such social, recreational, communal or other nonhousing facilities as may be incidental or appurtenant thereto, which is financed directly or indirectly in whole or in part by the Federal Government or the State Government or any public agency or subdivision thereof.
   (b)   “Person” shall mean and include an individual, partnership, corporation (either profit or nonprofit), building authority, joint adventure or any other legal or commercial entity.
   (c)   “Persons or families of low or moderate income” shall mean and include persons or families who qualify for financial assistance or subsidy as determined by the Federal Government or the State Government or any public agency or subdivision thereof to enable them to purchase, rent or lease units in a public housing project with financial assistance directly or indirectly in whole or in part by the Federal Government or the State Government or any public agency or subdivision thereof.
