1476.01 INTENT AND PURPOSE.

The intent and purpose of this chapter which shall be known as the “Nuisance Residential Lighting Ordinance” is to maintain the rural character of our community by promoting the sensible use of exterior lighting and limiting necessary light from being directed onto neighboring properties.
