(a) Violation of this chapter shall be a civil infraction and a determination of responsibility by a court of competent jurisdiction shall result in a civil penalty, per citation, in the amount set forth in Section 212.07 of the Administration Code.
(b) Any swimming pool installed, operated or maintained in violation of provisions of this chapter shall constitute a nuisance, and the Village may, in addition to the penalties provided in Section 212.07 of the Administration Code, maintain any proper action in any court of competent jurisdiction for the abatement of such nuisance.
