It shall be the duty and responsibility of the Village of Wolverine Lake's Building Inspector and/or the Village of Wolverine Lake Police Department to see that the provisions of this chapter are followed, and said enforcement personnel are empowered to institute an action against anyone who neglects or refuses to comply with the terms and conditions set forth herein. Certificates of Occupancy shall not be issued by the Village of Wolverine Lake Building Department until the provisions of this chapter have been satisfied.
