1466.02 PAYMENT OF TAXES AND CHARGES PRIOR TO ISSUANCE OF PERMIT.

Before a permit is issued under this chapter, the owner of the property shall present to the Building Inspector, for filing, sufficient evidence that the property is free of any entanglements and that all taxes and any Village charges against the same are paid in full.
