An applicant whose application for a permit under this chapter has been denied by the Village Administrator and/or his or her designee shall have the right to appeal to a Village Appeal Board whose members shall be the same as the Zoning Board of Appeals at the time the applicant appeals the decision of the Village Administrator and/or his or her designee. Said appellate body shall have the powers and shall follow the procedure insofar as it may be applicably listed in the Village Zoning Code.
