At the time of application, the applicant shall pay an application fee. At the time of the issuance of the permit, if the application for the permit is granted, the applicant shall pay a permit fee. Such fees shall be established by resolution of the Village Council. These fees shall have no effect on any additional fees and/or costs as required by the Village in any other ordinance. If the application is approved and all fees paid, the Village Administrator and/or his or her designee shall issue a permit.
