The Village of Wolverine Lake may license Refrigeration Contractors legally licensed by other municipalities of the State of Michigan to install, alter or service, or to contract to install, alter or service, refrigerating equipment covered by this chapter, parts or accessories thereof, or appurtenances thereto, within the corporate limits of the Village of Wolverine Lake upon registration with the Village of Wolverine Lake and payment of a nominal fee, provided that such municipalities reciprocate in recognizing Refrigeration Contractors duly licensed under the provisions of this chapter by granting them the same privileges and charging the same uniform license fees.
