Application for a Refrigeration Journeyman license shall be made on blank forms furnished for such purposes by the Village of Wolverine Lake. Applications shall be typewritten or in ink, shall contain such information as may be deemed pertinent in determining the eligibility of the applicant for examination and shall be in affidavit form. Each application submitted shall bear the signatures of two persons who are acquainted with the character and habits of the applicant. Documentary evidence of professed experience shall be submitted at the time application for a Journeyman license is made.
