Pursuant to the provisions of the State Construction Code and in accordance with Act 230 of the Public Acts of 1972, as amended, the Building Official of the Village of Wolverine Lake is hereby designated as the enforcing agency to discharge the responsibilities of the Village of Wolverine Lake under the State Construction Code as set forth in Act 230 of the Public Acts of 1972, as amended, and specifically, but not limited to, the Building, Plumbing, Mechanical and Electrical Code sections of the State Construction Code. The Village of Wolverine Lake hereby assumes responsibility for the administration and enforcement of said Code, as amended, throughout its corporate limits.
