1246.01 ESTABLISHMENT OF DISTRICTS.

For the purposes of this Zoning Code, the Village of Wolverine Lake is hereby divided into the following zoning districts:

RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS

R1-A Single-Family Residential District

R1-B Single-Family Residential District

R1-LF Single-Family Residential District

RM-1 Multifamily Residential District

PARK LAND DISTRICT

PL Park Land District

PARKING DISTRICT

P-1 Parking District

OFFICE AND COMMERCIAL DISTRICTS

O-1 Office Business District

C-1 Local Business District

C-2 Community Shopping Center District

C-3 General Business District
