850.10 REVOCATION OF IDENTIFICATION CARD.
   (a)   An Identification Card may be revoked for any of the following reasons:
      (1)   The holder has violated any of the provisions of this Chapter, the Codified Ordinances of the Village of Wolverine Lake, or any statute of the State of Michigan.
      (2)   Fraud, misrepresentation, or incorrect statements have been made by the holder in the course of carrying on an activity or in application for an Identification Card.
      (3)   The holder has been convicted of any felony or misdemeanor involving moral turpitude within the last seven (7) years or while possessing an Identification Card.
      (4)   The holder has conducted an activity in such a manner as to constitute a breach of the peace or a menace to the health, safety or general welfare of the public.
   (b)   If upon investigation by the Chief of Police, or his or her designee, it is discovered that an Identification Card holder has violated any regulations of this Chapter, written notice of such violation shall be issued, by certified mail, to the Identification Card holder. Immediately upon the giving of such notice, the Identification Card shall become null and void.
   (c)   Revocations may be appealed in the same manner as denials for Identification Cards.
