850.06 FOOD PEDDLERS AND SOLICITORS DISTRIBUTING FOOD.

No Identification Card shall be issued to a Peddler or Solicitor distributing food until the applicant and any vehicle and equipment used by such applicant are approved by the Health Department for the State of Michigan, if such approval is required by the laws of the State of Michigan.
