The purpose of this Chapter is to establish regulations relating to Peddlers, Solicitors and Canvassers in the Village of Wolverine Lake in order to preserve individual rights of privacy and quiet enjoyment of property, while simultaneously protecting the right to free speech. The regulations established by this Chapter shall not apply to activities which take place upon village property and which are deemed to be special events regulated under Chapter 1068 of the Code of Ordinances.
