820.51 INDEMNIFICATION.

Nothing in this subchapter shall prohibit a person from requiring Grantee to agree to indemnify the owner, or his agents or representatives, for damages or for liability for physical damages caused by installation, operation, maintenance or removal of cable television facilities.
