680.03  RECEIVING, CONCEALING, ETC., STOLEN, EMBEZZLED OR CONVERTED PROPERTY; PRESUMPTION.
No person shall buy, receive or aid in the concealment of any stolen, embezzled or converted money, goods or property knowing the same to have been stolen, embezzled or converted, if the property purchased, received or concealed shall be of the value of less than two hundred dollars ($200.00).
Any person, being a dealer in or collector of any merchandise or personal property, or the agent, employee or representative of such dealer or collector, who fails to make reasonable inquiry that the person selling or delivering any stolen, embezzled or converted property to him or her has a legal right to do so, shall be presumed to have bought or received such property knowing it to have been stolen, embezzled or converted. This presumption may, however, be rebutted by proof.
