674.05 OPEN PRIVY VAULTS; SEPTIC TANKS.

No person shall use an open privy vault, or deposit excreta from the human body in the same, as a receptacle therefor. All septic tanks shall be made and constructed as required by State law and the order of the State Board of Health.
