674.04 CAMPING
   (a)   Prohibitions. No person shall camp, live in tents, or cook and distribute the refuse therefrom, or do any other thing that may be considered unsanitary and against the health, welfare and comfort of the inhabitants of said Village.
   (b)   Permit; Fee; Exception. A tent may be set up and used for a period of not more than ten days if the occupant or occupants shall apply for and obtain a permit from the Village Clerk. The fee for such permit shall be as established from time to time by Council. Permission may be granted in writing to Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts and members of other organizations by a property owner and no fee shall be required.
